The Pearls and Ivy Foundation of Cabarrus County is the nonprofit sector of the Lambda Upsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Established in 2021, our foundation is dedicated to supporting the vibrant Cabarrus County community while upholding the cherished values of the sorority: supreme service and the encouragement of high scholastic standards. Through our charitable initiatives, we aim to make a lasting impact, by fostering educational excellence, cultural advancement, and community enrichment.
Our Purpose
The Foundation's purpose is to foster charitable giving to the Cabarrus County community by raising and distributing funds for educational and charitable programs, including educational scholarships.
